• The pairs are totally splash proof. But, to ensure the longevity of the pair, try avoiding long hours in water.
• Being embellished, we recommend you store your pair in a box with stuffing under the band to retain the shape.
• Store in a cool and dry space, void of moisture.
• Focus on spot cleaning with soft damp cloth to preserve the shoe charm.

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in New Delhi. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
All our articles are made-to-order, a model that allows us to operate sustainably avoiding overproduction and waste since all our products are Made-to-Measure/order, we do not offer any monetary refunds or cancellations on any goods once sold.

The exchange policy for footwear is subject to the following:

• Any exchange, if required must be done within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
• The item purchased should be unused & not damaged.
• The exchange would only be to another size of the same style only and not to any other design.
• Exchange of the pair for an alternate heel height will not be entertained.
• The product should be in the original packaging, please do not tape the brand box.

On obtaining the product back for any exchange, the quality assurance team will ensure the product is as new and unused. Failing to meet any parameters, the product will not be exchanged and sent back at your expense.

FIXATION POLICY
For any kind of fixation request, kindly get in touch with the team on Whatsapp or Call. All fixation requests to be taken via Whatsapp or call only.

• After 10 days of purchase, any kind of fixation is chargeable.
• Please note: The faux leather used for our products will naturally chip if the product bumps or rubs against anything. Any damage on the finish or fabrication of the shoe (the faux leather) once worn will not be eligible for exchange/fixation.
• For all fixtation requests, the product needs to be sent back to us at your own expense.
