RETURN  &  EXCHANGE POLICY

All our articles are made-to-order, a model that allows us to operate sustainably
avoiding overproduction and waste since all our products are Made-to-Measure/order, we do not offer any monetary refunds or cancellations on any goods once sold. However, if there is a genuine quality defect on a custom order, then at our sole discretion, sold goods may be exchanged for a credit note if they meet our terms and conditions.


Exchange Policy for BAGS and BELTS


Our BELTS are made to measure. We do ask for accurate waist measurements before you place the order. Hence, there is no exchange in terms of any size issue or whatsoever. No exchange of BAGS.


Exchange Policy for FOOTWEAR


Our sizes correspond to the EUR sizes to help you choose your perfect fit. However, in case of any size issue, you may swap your pair to the alternate size. Please go through our exchange policy for more clarity on the same.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, and don’t qualify an exchange. The exchange policy for footwear is subject to the following:

  • Any exchange, if required must be done within 10 days of the delivery of the product.
  • The item purchased should be unused & not damaged.
  • The product should be in the original packaging.

  • The exchange would only be to another size of the same style only and not to any other design. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value. For such requests, please get in touch with the team on Whatsapp or email.
  • Exchange of the pair for an alternate heel height will not be entertained.
  • On obtaining the product back for any exchange, the quality assurance team will ensure the product is as new and unused. Failing to meet any parameters, the product will not be exchanged and sent back at your expense.
  • For any assistance on exchange of size- base size or band size, please feel free to speak to us. We are happy to help!
  • International orders are not eligible for exchange.


The delivery timeline for any product’s exchange request is 10-15 working days after receiving the product. We do not entertain the exchange requests of products purchased from third party website or any of our retail stockists. In such case, we request you to get in touch with their respective team.
Please note: The faux leather used for our products will naturally chip if the pair bumps or rubs against anything. Any damage on the finish OR fabrication of the shoe (the faux leather) once worn will not be eligible for exchange.

FIXATION POLICY

For any kind of fixation request, kindly get in touch with the team on Whatsapp
or Call. All fixation requests to be taken via Whatsapp or call only.

  • In case of any embellishment damage within 10 days of purchase, we would have it FIXED free of cost. In this scenario, the product needs to be sent back to us at your own expense.
  • After 10 days of purchase, any kind of fixation is chargeable.
  • Please note: The faux leather used for our products will naturally chip if the product bumps or rubs against anything. Any damage on the finish or fabrication of the shoe (the faux leather) once worn will not be eligible for exchange/fixation.
