Crowded closets are a common issue, as clothes can get easily tangled, wrinkled or snagged.

Since, our garments are embellished we don’t recommend storing it in a crowded wardrobe.

Possibly hang the embellished garment.

We only recommend Dry-cleaning of the garment.

Please don’t make use of any bleach or harsh material to get rid of the stain.

Steam iron only.

For travel purpose, please pack the embellished garment in separate cellophane bags.

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in New Delhi. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

The standard dispatch timeline is 8-12 business days from New Delhi. If you need it any sooner, kindly confirm with us over Whatsapp or call before placing the order.

The exchange policy for clothing is subject to the following:

• We can ONLY accept an exchange on a product if the product and the tags are intact and the product is not worn.
• The exchange would only be to another size of the same style only and not to any other design. STYLE EXCHANGES ARE NOT POSSIBLE.
• Kindly refer to the size chart before placing the order. Any request for length alternations after the product has been delivered will not be entertained. Hence, kindly double check the length of the article before placing the order.

On obtaining the product back for any exchange, the quality assurance team will ensure the product is as new and unused. Failing to meet any parameters, the product will not be exchanged and sent back at your expense.

• Length or any other changes cannot be made once the article is delivered.
• Please Note: Metal embellishments may tarnish or oxidize with time.
• After 10 days of purchase, any kind of fixation is chargeable.
• Weaving off/fixation of embellishment is applicable for fixation at an additional charge. Any kind of fixation if applicable, logistics costs involved is to be borne by the customer.
